Links for Tier1

Hello 1 month ago I made a gaming site I think everyone known niche, and I think it's time to promote my site. The question is, what is good for Tier 1 links? Im wondering if Senuke is good for tier 1? If yes, which links: web 2.0, article directories, forum profiles? Or it is better to do manually tier 1 links like web 2.0s?

Also I would like to ask for a good&cheap proxy provider. And how can I check my website position in SERP? And do you know any good free spinning program for articles?

wb2.0 is good for tier1 and you can create pbn for tier 2.

I use instant proxies since 2014, they didn't let me down until now. Awesome support and proxies.

But for tier 1, use web 2.0.

buyproxies.org +1... since the beginning of my IM career.. spinning articles go for TheBestSpinner but not free doubt you can get decent one for free.

But what about the software, would you recommend any program to automate my work with making web2.0s backlinks, what you think about Senuke to do this? And also would you recommend any program to track my website google position, it don't have to be any advance software, I just want it to stay easy and cheap.
