LinkPushing Case Study

Linkpush is a good tool. I've used it on a number of sites with other methods and they are all slowly creeping up the rankings. Though I said earlier in this post (or another), sometimes you just get absolutely nothing with it.

This was actually one of my concerns I wanted to address before going ahead with the pushes.

Appreciate your efforts testing.

I'm subscribed.

I have noticed that at times also. But I am too stubborn to just give up. If I have one that does not move, I have hit one up to 4 times before it really started moving. That word still keeps creeping up even without any more pushes. I will probably go back and hit it again in the near future. I have even hit ones that got to #1 just to give them a little more glue to stick there. Adding the scrapebox links to the service is wonderful.

Just checked and Yahoo has 54 links to the site now.

This SE Scout is really cool. Already used up 200 keywords, have to upgrade.
Keeps thign nicely organized. Only complaint is it gets a little slow when you have several dozen domains listed, but not much you can do about it.
Well worth the money imo.

Am I the only one who's seen negative results from link pushing? My site dropped from number 7 to 37 one week after I ran three link pushes to one inner page. (no I was not doing any aggressive blackhat before that.)

How long had it been sitting idle? I have seen that happen to mine and some of my customers but within a week or two they were higher than before.

I think that is Google's "Oh Shit" dance because they don't know what to think about the new links appearing. How long has it been since the links completed? I think that no matter what you do as far as link building you will get the same result in the beginning.

When you get the "oh shit" dance, what do you do?

I would continue blasting the LP's until my site comes back again. If you stop blasting G might see it as suspicious.

I keep going with the link pushes and the content. I think that is what will happen with this forum as before I started there were only 3 links to the site. I predict that 2-3 weeks from now there will be alot more than 4 words ranking in the top 1k.

60 of the first 70 link pushes now completed. We are now up to 611 pages of the forum indexed.

No SandBox..... and I even got a new pail and shovel.:sand_play

Anyone else having trouble with sescout?

I have always had problems with them to be honest, they dont seem to be able to scrape google.co.uk!

Saying that thought, my SEO software are all playing up so I am guessing google might be blocking quicker

Yea all of mine are acting up also. It really sucks.:baby09:

What do you know.... There is now an Alexa traffic rank on the site. I do not have the toolbar turned on so someone else is visiting the site.... already. No I do not have any stat counter installed.

This is a great experiment.

I have a similar experiment going. My site is less competitive but not too easy...

I think it relates more to people here, also , I only use 20 linkpushes a month. This is the only promotion method for this site, so it should be a great indicator.

I will write a thread telling you guys about my findings and rank. Right now I am on page 3 for may main keyword after a month or so...

good luck to you

That's cool. What we are proving is that the pushes will not hurt your site and it can help difficult sites to rank. I agree that not a lot of people would use 200 pushes but also if they were to buy 50 or 70 those would not hurt either.

If you read back through the sales thread you will see how many times people ask if it will sandbox the site or hurt the rankings or how many pushes will it take to get to #1.

The last one is a ridiculous question that just cannot be answered. No one knows for certain. I have articles with one push that are just out of the top 200 while I have others that are on the front page with only 1 push. There are too many variables to be able to judge this. Especially without any information and no one wants to share their niche.

One thing that I have always emphasized from the start was this; If I put a dollar amount on my time, I can not do the same amount of work that this system does for the cost that I have into it.

This is not a magic wand, if someone wants to have a get rich quick scheme then turn on the TV at 2 am and buy something there. I have been pushing a site between 2 and 4 times per month for 3 months and it is on page 1 for one keyword and page 3 for another. I just bought 50 .edu links for that site. This might be the thing that breaks loose the SERPs and pushes my site up in the rankings. Linkpushing is not the only thing I do for my sites but this site is only getting pushes.

I've been following this post from the start. Now signed up for pushes. Working on very difficult keywords. Thanks for all of your updates on how you efforts are going.

My biggest issue with them is that they only have retry buttons for the web 2.0 sites. The others you have to email Greg to have them queued up again. He'll do it because he's a good guy but it's really annoying.

Once Kevin has completed the coding for the auto checker, that annoyance will go away.

He has a couple of other things in the works but that will be a part of the service soon as we know that your time is worth money and want to make things as easy as possible for you.
