The paid version offers you up to 50,000 links per day, the autolicious plugin for autoblogs which will index every post for you as it's added to your blog, plus the ability to make RSS feeds out of only 5 urls. It has 3rd part compatibility with several link building companies, great customer service, and even makes you a cappuccino. (ok it doesn't do that last bit...) Anyway, point being, it's worth it if you want to really see your links working for you. The way I see it, you're saving money by getting the links you've made indexed properly, rather than having to build four times as many....
I am currently using the $15/mth subscription and it is doing the trick for me so far. If you are indexing >10000 links/day go with the $50 subscription.
If you start off with $15 to see if it works for you, you can always upgrade if you need more.

I'm also using the $15 subscription and will upgrade if I see improvement, however I have still not seen any yet. In all fairness its been only a few days since I started, but hundreds of my links have already been spidered. So hopefully I see some improvement soon as this service seems pretty promising and I do like it.
Are you seeing improvements in SERPs or Indexing Rates? I know its not meant to be for indexing, just kind of curious what sort of results you are getting. Thanks.

The free version will pretty much do nothing for you, that's why it is free. Nothing is free in this world. I suggest starting at the basic version ($15) then upgrade accordingly, like other members have already said.
Just click the 'register' link off of the home page and you can get a good comparison chart of features. Most people will be fine with the 'basic' version.

used the free version, put in 500 links, was so happy with the layout and ease of use that i paid for the 15/mo and loaded up tons of links i never bothered to work to get indexed before
i don't even need to report if they get indexed or not... they will.
i used the basic sp8n content entered in for forum profiles and put custom syntax content in for the sets of 5k+ links
if you need to know more or type in the wrong email into your registration (ahahahahahahahah i drink too much) give them a call, very nice and knowledgeable group of guys (they ran a mysql db line for me to fix my issue within 30 seconds over the phone!
