linking to subpages

hi,

i have been working on this white seo project for over a year
and i am on the 3rd page for a very competitive keyword

i have a question

i have a xml sitemap submited to google, but now i got this idea to
use nofollow links too link to my contact, privacy, disclaimer etc pages.

will this harm my ranking if i use nofollow link even though my sitemap shows
this pages to google

i hope u understand what i mean
