linking strategy, kindly requesting advice

I will try my best to explain this. I was wondering if a strategy in which a fully built out PBN could link to a money site and also contain an embedded youtube video (spread over 3 channels/accounts) that has a money site link in the description, would this work to rank two properties at the same time?

I heard a strategy like this about pointing PBN's ONLY to youtube videos and putting the money site in the description, gaining money site rankings that way since it drives juice and traffic (wasn't sure if that was exactly true). I was skeptical that this would work but just thought I could run this by the WAY SMARTER people than me at this. Any advice/experiences over this would be GREATLY appreciated!

Example:
PBN 1-3 links to:
-video 1 on account 1 with money site page 1 in vid description
and
-money site page 2

PBN 4-9 links to:
-video 2 on account 2 with money site page 2 in vid description
and
-money site page 3

PBN 10-14 links to
video 3 on account 3 with money site page 3 in vid description
and
-money site page 1
