Linking Strategies

Do anyone know of any program(s) that can generate linking strategies, either mathematically or randomly - but so they still forward juice to a target site?.

I don't have the links ready but there are some really good diagrams here on BHW of how to link properly. There are some detailed explanations behind them also. Try that as a starting point.

Need something more advanced, that can generate linking structures for ex. 30 blogs.

If you want something like this created, you should put it in the want to buy section. Anyone that is good at math should be able to whip something up where you just insert a new site name and it tells you where to drop links. I know I would consider buying something like that if it was reasonably priced and easy to use.
