i cannot add insta acc to facebook page and have no idea why this is happening
my instagram account is Business account

• Test on Another Device/Browser: Sometimes it's a local issue.
• Contact Meta Support: In Business Suite > Help > Contact Support (faster if verified business).

I had the same issue before. A few things you can try:

• Make sure you're logged into the same email/phone on both IG and Facebook.
• Switch your IG business account to personal and back to business — sometimes it refreshes the connection.
• Remove the Facebook Page from IG, then reconnect it again from Instagram settings.
• Clearing cache or trying from another browser/app also helped me once.

It’s usually just a sync bug, nothing serious. Hope it works for you.

Usually this happens when there’s a role or permission issue. Make sure you’re an admin on the facebook page and that your Instagram account isnt connected to another page.
