Linking 2.0's to Existing Website Links?

Hey there, guys. I've got a money site that I've used almost no black hat tactics on, and I've got an idea.

I've accrued a bunch of links throughout the years, and was wondering if I could use these links as a Tier 1 buffer between my blog and the Web 2.0's?

For example, this is what I'm thinking:

Money Site: My Website
Tier 1: Naturally Accrued Links
Tier 2: Web 2.0 Platforms
Tier 3: GSA Contextual Links
Tier 4: GSA Mass Links

What do you think of this? It seems pretty safe to me, and better than just using the typical 2-tier Web 2.0 strategy for linking. Let me know your thoughts, guys. Thanks.

its boost your webpage but now web 2.0 links did not index in google properly. so you can go for tier 2 as low quality PBN also
