Linken sphere configuration and clear errors

I have the 6 months version of linkensphere but I'm yet to use it since there are errors as shown on the image. I need someone with the same version to show me how to clear the errors on skype or zoom. In box me your skype id ONLY if you have the
software.

Where are the errors
