Linkedin URL-ID conversion to get unlimited results...any ideas?

Hi all...i was asking myself if anybody cracked the conversion between URL and ID...practically i search linkeidn by google operators so i have no limits
G gives me a URLs like this
https://www.linkedin.com/pub/sam-risley/8a/2a/a64
but i need the IDs like this on the same profile
https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=316574572
any ideas?

You can probable train a certain scraping tool to convert and output the links in the desired format.

it should be:
2 digits from 1 to 10 plus a and b, then 3 digits same and 3 digits same...so it should be base 12
