I'm trying to establish myself as a leader in my field on LinkedIn, however, I can't seem to get the hang of it. What are some tips and tricks to get engagement and people to actually interact with what I have to say?

Find your distinct viewpoint or niche, and consistently deliver valuable insights through your posts to establish yourself as a go to resource in your field.

Be authentic, add value, engage with others' content, and post consistently — people connect with real voices!

try posting like you talk, not like a robot. people connect more when it feels real. share quick lessons, mistakes, or stories from your day. ask questions too, gets people to comment. and reply back to everyone who interacts. post 2-3 times a week and show up in others’ comments. it stacks over time.
