You will not receive any official notification from LinkedIn, for such a shadowban. Your messages will appear as "sent" on your side, but will not be received at the other side, and / or your connection requests are not accepted.
To know if such a shadowban is there, send a message to trusted connection or colleague and ask them directly if they received it or not.
To get out of such a shadowban, remove any third-party tools used for automated tasks, stop sending new connection requests and DMs 2 weeks, delete any spammy contents that you may have posted. Then, ideally in 2 weeks, LinkedIn algorithms should re-trust your account.

Thank you for pouring more light into the issue. Based on some of your sent messages being received at the other side and some not being received at the other side, do bear in mind that a LinkedIn member who has chosen not to receive InMail messages in their message preferences settings, will not receive messages you send to them. Also, if you are sending a message to a non-connection, it seems you will need to have enough InMail message credits.

Except fallen results etc.. Maybe there is a way rather than analytics checking?
Im forced to use a solution that requires 20 min of Captcha solving the dev team tries to convince me its linkedin fault that solving captchas for 20-30 min is okay
