Let's say someone figured out how to send unlimited connects, without throwing red-flags. What would that be worth?

You can only connect with 30k in people on Linkedin so not very much

Well never heard about Linkedin bugs getting reported but I might be wrong.

LinkedIn itself has a lot of bug. I even read a article over pulse where someones posted about issues over linkedin and why he stopped using sales navigator.
So I don't think LinkedIn has a bounty program like other networks

Still you can give a try or try selling accounts to users. There are many users who are looking to purchase accounts with real and targeted connections at good price.
