Linkedin Sales Navigator "Bank Declined"

I have a Turkish LinkedIn account, and I managed to get myself a Turkish credit card with the Ozan Superapp.

But when signing up for the Trial (TL335/month) with TL500 in the account, I get an error that says, "Bank declined."

The account is verified. I tried 2x with fail, and I am now in contact with support, and they told me to wait while they lift the block.

But I want to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to get around this.

Maybe the card provider is blacklisted on LinkedIn? have you used it for your other accounts before?
