- Use real-looking profiles with full details, connections, and some activity before doing anything promotional
- Avoid using the same IP/device setup across multiple accounts
- Warm up the account by browsing, engaging, and posting neutral content for a few days

I have found several variables causing restrictions:
- geographical mismatch (you say you’re in Germany, but you are US) you get shadowbanned immediately
- weird emails (try to create a professional one, simple, not d1cquehead(at)gmail(dot)com
- act normally, don’t try to add people immediately or anything
- make your profile as realistic as possible (you can skip picture, but add university, job, etc)
