Linkedin has been a great place to get leads and jobs for a lot of people. Two factors that I have come across on linkedin that seem to make a huge difference in profile traffic is:

1.) Profile keyword optimization. and 2.) Recommendations from other linkedin users.

So I have an idea!
Lets have a go with everyone here on wonderful BHW and give each other recommendations that also reflect keywords that each person is trying to rank for.
This way we can all rank better and get awesome recommendations that reflect our keywords.

Who's with me?!

I think the best way for us to do this, is for each person to comment with what their profile name is and what keywords they are trying to rank for.
If you receive a recommendation from someone, do the right thing and recommend them back!

Lets do this!
