You can try to informative post on LinkedIn and build trustworthy profile then you can get recommendations from variety way.

i just joined linkedin, it's quite new and difficult to use for me, i also asked a few people about how to use it to get candidate information but still can't find a suitable profile

I know the post is kind of old but I'd be interested in trading skill endorsements/recommendation's.

My account is over 5 years old and is my legit personal one I use when applying for jobs. Approx 380+ real active connections and looking to exchange with similar aged, real and an actual user accounts.
