I made linkedin account and published an article but the article is only visible to my and its getting not found error when i try to see it from another pc

does linkedin have a window period before it starts to show your articles to everyone?

There might be a temporary caching issue, Try clearing your cache and cookies on the other PC

Check the visibility settings , ensure that it is in "public" to make the article visible to everyone

I don't think LinkedIn has any window period before the article is visible to everyone. You can check is there any technical issues and also check visibility settings as well.
