My experiement:
i used an old LinkedIn account with 400+ connections, which had many pulse articles about seo and digital marketing.
I created 4 posts. 2 with local keywords like top realtor in Munich and "best cleaning firm [city], one about hair transplantation, and one about "best funnel software builder.".
All posts are powered up by the same PBNs as Tier 2.
Results: the local ones performed pretty well, with positions 2 and 5 relatively stable now. The "best funnel builder software" post has stuck on position 1 now for weeks. The others rank anywhere in the 40s.
I found it quite interesting.
My thesis now is: Is there a topical authority boost when using LinkedIn Pulse? Does Google consider something like that?
It could be a coincidence that a digital marketing profile on LinkedIn outperforms a pulse article on other established marketing blogs.
What, guys, do you think?
