Now my approach is: warm the account (like/comment on relevant posts for a week), send 20–30 highly personalized connection requests per week (mention a mutual interest or recent post), and only after they accept I send a short, helpful follow-up (not a sales pitch). I space follow-ups (3–7 days) and rotate message variations. For bigger volumes, I prefer using trusted LinkedIn tools that respect daily limits and humanize messages, but I never automate at scale without throttling and personalization.

Quality over quantity, always. Ditch the copy-paste templates. The key is genuinely adding value in the first message. Also, make sure your profile looks legitimate, a weak profile gets flagged faster. Good luck!
