Im looking for tool that find LinkedIn business owners and also have automated LinkedIn outreach in it

What tool do you recommend ? I found a lot of them but not sure which one is the best

I recommend SuSocial. It has LInkedin tools which you're looking for and they work well.

what data do you want to scrape ? emails, numbers, industry.....?

I found Expandi in my saved website list that I wanted to try.|

Have you try it?
 
All of them are good but please note that you should always take care of your profile. With increased automation they might ban your account, I lost mine that way...
