You need proxies and anti detect browsers or multiple phones with multiple SIMs.
 
I would suggest anti detect browser and static or rotating residential proxies would make creating accounts easy
 
You need High quality setup as linkedin ios getting harder now and detect your device if you make more than 1 account

They will still detect and ban your account. I have tried em all but all went in vain . Only using multiple devices can do some good results. Otherwise forget about it, accounts will be banned anyway
 
It worked fine for me when I was using it. Sometimes account bans can be caused by content or mishandling. Suggest you differentiate between multiple accounts and it might be better.

I'm getting nowhere. I've set up fresh accounts using a non-free e-mail address, SMS verified, Incogniton browser and Rayobyte residential proxies and they all get banned within 48 hours ("temporarily restricted"). I don't know what else to do

keep your accounts in diff phones, if you dont wanna spend the money on multiple devices then try buying virtual phones that hosted in the cloud, work just like physical phones
 
You can create multiple emails using one phone number. Of course you have to fill in the 1 chances email form. Then don't let that stop you. And each email can create a LinkedIn account. Of course you will try to do all the work together so that no wrong information comes while filling the forms.

the same issues with new accs, proxies and emails are not the case, website detect something more, we need new browser for linkedin
 
Use different profile of browsers and multiple sim cards. It should work
