linkedin copouns and verification

hello, I have over 10 copouns for $100 credit on linkedin, but whenever I create a new account, it asks for id verification, is there a way to bypass that? I cannot use my main linkedin for ads.

also Is there a way to sell these copouns?

Maybe ask someone marketplace? Someone should know.
