LinkedIn Contacts upload option is not available

Hi, on some of my accounts, the ability to upload contacts via gmail or other email is no longer visible. On others, I can still see the Contacts under the mynetwork menu but cannot click to sync to anything new? Most of my accts got .ru domains so not sure if that is the problem. Anyone else seeing the same thing?

~accts are 2 years and less. some have 300+ connections.

I asked friends who have real linkedin accounts, and for some, the upload function is missing. I think maybe LI is rolling out some changes and it just takes time.

Looks like they are getting rid of the function
