Starting will be hard but just make sure to add more value to profile, make it well structured, boost the initial connections, add skills and make it able to appear in search results. Then it will grow organically.

Yes optimising your profile, skills and adding tags is a must but what after that?
You won't get clients just by doing that they will also have to see what you have to provide right? This is where people are using stories to get attention
