Linkedin automation: software vs script

Hey guys,

i was wondering which automation is safer? A script which I let run automatically or a software like linkedhelper? Also when it comes to a very likely human behavior?

the question why I am asking: I was using linkedhelper for around 2 weeks. Just sending requests (around 50 per day). And after two weeks I got a warning that it’s not allowed to use automated services..

so from your experience is a script safer than a software? I tested it a couple of days sending requests by hand, and the limit was way higher, no problem at all…

BOTH ARE SOFTWARES.

If you really want to find out which one is safer, you have two ways.

1) Read the codebases, and judge.
2) Create some test accounts and find it out.


As for your " A script which I let run automatically ", nobody knows how safe that is...

I am asking for experiences and recommendations here man. The option to test everything is always there but isn’t this the sense of a forum to ask for the best option and experience?

I know what you are saying man, but at the same time, you are asking for a comparison. For example Software vs Script. I have never heard about the "linkedinhelper" to be honest. So, I won't bother judging it. I would guess it does the same thing you could do, but probably in a better way, depending on how knowledgeable you are in the platform you are trying to bot.

All I am saying is, it depends. Even with a good tool, you could do it totally wrong. It could be scrapebox, or those xrumer bots for example. How you use your tool matters (e.g., what proxy do you use? How many concurrent requests? etc)...

Not trying to discourage you in any way, but saying that you won't get a good response with your OP.

How could it be a better OP?

Perhaps if you posted example settings, your script etc (obviously, snip it where you see it is going to reveal a lot of secrets).

Edit: Oh ps... your 50 followers per day isn't really a setting. How your script achieves it matters more.

I've made linkedin bots, I've interviewed with companies that are leaders in this domain, and had a look at the inner workings of their tools, and let me tell you this: not a SINGLE tool available for purchase on the market is not detected by Linkedin, Linkedin tolerates this because it makes them a lot of money, as soon as they think you're an annoyance they block you.
You have more limits when doing things by hand because actions are slower, and it's less likely to annoy them.

The only way to make bots and to never be blocked on linkedin, is to build a custom human-like bot and keep it to yourself, or to stay within ridiculously low limits.
