I personally use this process hope it help you to get your LinkedIn article indexed quickly, create a blog post on Blogger, link to your LinkedIn article, and submit the Blogger URL to Google Search Console. This increases the chances of fast indexing by Google.

Aged Linkedin account with good number of connections + some web2s, will get your pulse article indexed. Indexed one with no links and picked up no keywords - indexed another with web2's and links from parasites, Azure and AWS buckets etc and ranked quite well.

They were only indexed if the search intent matched the content of the article AND the article had a bunch of buzz going on.
