yeah it is dead, there's no money online anymore, we all go back to our 9-5 jobs :)
 
Shitty link building is dead. Quality link building is alive and well.
 
Things just got smarter.. simply putting blog comments to get backlinks doesn't work.
You need to take more care of your websites these days.
 
Time for you to go on a vacation trip with Matt Cutts and find out what is he planning out. Maybe your thoughts about linkbuilding will change after that.
 
First you are saying "Link building is dead" and simultaneously asking what is new black hat seo Strategy??? Dude since you have just joined this forum.. My 2 cents advice for you to read some posts here and implement them. Instead of posting here and proving to be a noob..
 
Google algorithm is based on link, if link building is dead then Google is dead..

Nowadays I mainly pray to Buddha to rank my sites, for easy niches 2-3 prayers a day for a week tend to do the trick.

For hard niches you would have to mix in some Fasting and some Animal Sacrifice along with the prayers.

Tell that to my $2-4k/day profit only Blackhat SEO. Links aren't dead... You have to be pretty dense / unexperienced to think that.
 
Still Google Bot is not 100% perfect, I am seeing many poor sites with good ranking while good quality sites are not on top. So, link building must has significant value if they are quality link building.
 
Its probably one of Matty's clowns from Google just trying to stir the pot yet again. What's the best way to throw off SEO - misdirection. Say one thing and mean something totally different.

Why not ask a more intelligent question like... What's working now to rank terms on page 1??

The only thing dying are the people who are too lazy to evolve. They die out and those that are smart stay in the game and continue to make money. To say "link building is dead" is such a weak excuse
