Hi, first of all sorry for my english.

I see that google drops my sites in serp after i add backlink(s) to my sites. Why it happens all the time? I am doing seo since 2007 and google still works the same way.

For example i have a site 1 year old, it has 35 root domains linked to this site. And when i get 1 new backlink from some site then i see drops in serp and drop in traffic for about 3-4 days, then my traffic and positions goes back to top and gives me more traffic than before getting that link. Then again, i get one more link from new domain and then i see drop again.
I noticed that this link is from high pagerank site (or citiation flow) then my drop will be longer and deeper, 1 week at least.

2nd example, i have 2 sites that 5k daily traffic from google, then i put sitewide links(in header) to these 2 sites from my 3rd site, and now traffic on my 2 sites drops almost to zero, now it has 100unique hits a day, i put links 1 week ago but still dont see my traffic back.
These 2 sites 1 year old too, but it has only around 20 root domains linked to these sites. So thats why i see so huge drop in my traffic.
It seems to me that it doesnt matter how old your site are. If you have only 10 domains linked to it, then you will see drop in your traffic after getting 1 new link.
I dont have site that has 100-300 domains linked to it, but it seems that if site has 100-300 domains linked and it gets 1 new link, then there is no drop in serp after getting that new backink.
Cuz some old high PR sites get tons of links everyday and dont have any drops in traffic.

You can see that in this screenshot, red line is google traffic. You can see drops in traffic after i get new links and then big drop for last 5-6 days, its because of new sitewide link.

Why google do that all the time? Is that how antispam filter works?

It's called the google dance man. Just the Googs recalculating your site's relevancy to the specific keyword term. Don't sweat it if your site "always comes back to top with even more traffic".

Its really frustrating to see these huge drops for 1 week every time i get 1 high pagerank backlink.
2-3 days drops its ok for me.

Also i dont understand why if i get backlink to my main page(even with anchor like "Click here"), then i see drop in not only in my mainpage, but in all my internal pages too.

My guess is that you're building exact match anchors, are you not?

It doesnt matter, some times exact match anchors sometimes "Click here" or domain name. Sites with 10 domains linked goes down in serps for longer period than sites with 25 domain linked, and my main site with 35 domain linked to it goes down for about 2-3 days and 20% max drop in traffic after getting 1 link, but if i get 3-4 links at the same time i will see bigger drop.
So:
more links at the same time = bigger and longer drop
newer site = bigger and longer drop ("newer" i mean "not many backlinked site")
the higher pagerank backlink = bigger and longer drop

It kinda does matter.

Anyhow - its logical that a site with fewer referring domains would bounce more with the addition of a new link or two; because the weight of those new links as a percentage of the overall links is much higher vs a site that already has 1,200 backlinks.

I agree but i mean that its not depend on anchor texts, fewer referring domains site will bounce the same way even its not exact match anchor but anchor like "click here" or domain name(url).

But i dont understand why google need to drop sites for a while, why it cant count new links in realtime without any drops. I think that 2-3 links at the same time its not 1'000'000 links spam :).

Did you tried updating the content regularly? and even my site sometime drops in serp because of competitor sites. If you want to get top position always, then build links regularly and update it.

I am adding new content daily but when 15k daily traffic site drops almost to zero in 1 day its not because of competitors and content :) When you drop from #5 to 300+ its because of off-page factors/filters/manual actions.
