linkbuidling to subdomains ... will this work?

    I would suggest to optimized your main page with all the 5 keywords, or if that's too long just choose the 3 main keywords. Then build your links with those keywords. You can use a niche-related blog comment, forum posting, or article marketing where you can put all of the keywords inside the article

    Yes, that would work. But what you are talking about is a subdirectory and not a subdomain. Subdomain is toyota.cars. com. You can 301 those as well, though.

    First, those are subfolders not subdomains
    http://keyword1.url.com - that is subdomain
    Technically "www" in front of your url is a subdomain too)

    Back to the question, redirecting subdomain? yes
    But what you showed are subfolders which you dont redirect, you
    interlink them.
