linkbucks.com alternative?

Anyone know where I can get traffic as cheap as 10 cents per 1,000? I was buying traffic from China for that cheap from linkbucks.com but they are now sold out.

I user websiteservicer they have good rates, but I just cant find anyway to flip the china traffic

Websiteservicer's pricing is pretty good, but I need a service where I can order traffic in groups of 1,000.

I have done a lot of Googling for an alternative but can't seem to find a source that has everything I need:
CHEAP traffic $0.80 per 1,000 visitors or cheaper
Quick campaign approval
No minimum campaign size

Any other ideas?
