Hi guys. This is my first post.

I followed an auction on sitepoint where stumblebot.net was sold. I used the site regularly and shortly after it was sold it went down. Not sure why but its not working anymore. So only stumblematic.com is left.

This got me thinking on how difficult it would be to write something like this for other sites. So I started writing it and I am pretty far but before I continue I was wondering if Linkarena.com is a useful social networking site to write a bot for.

What do you guys think?

what kind of bot are you coding? Some kind of automatic url post-bot to increase your links in Linkarenas database?

Is there any page where we can look after that bot and its working behaviour?

Yeah its basically a bookmark bot.

I can create new accounts automatically. It even verifies the account.

Then you can provide an url and up to 3 titles, descriptions and tags.

I had it all working and then I fell for a amateur mistake. I forgot to use proxy sites and now they have blocked my servers ip address.

So I will need to do some more programming and add some proxy stuff in there.

I have a prototype but its not for public yet. I am still fighting with little bugs. As soon as I have sorted them I will put the website live and give a link.

There will be no usage restrictions on it but I will protect the form with a captcha image so that people can't bot my site.
