"We are going back to the old Linklicious and doing away with credits. This week we will move back to the automatic billing system we had before but keep Paypal support. After we do this update we will issue refunds for unused credits.

You've spoken and we've listened. While we had the best intentions, enough people are confused and annoyed with the credit based system that we're going to undo this update.

I'll send out an email letting everyone know about the updates as we make them. Please refrain from sending in emails if possible as I want to keep everyone here focused on the site.

Thanks for letting us know how you feel.

Justin "

Fair play to em.. sign of a good company !

I think they had an "oh shit" moment and realized they could be easily replaced by another service. Sales 101: don't piss in your users coffee

The Owner of Linklicious is a member of BHW and probably has read the complaints :)

They didn't want to pull a Digg.... best to revert asap. I was a bit puzzled by the "credit" talk myself...

Yes, of course we listen to you guys... remember we are SEO guys ourselves and we want to provide a service that works.

The credits was intended to save you guys some money and give you the ability to spend it on all of the current services we offer under the HumanKind Umbrella and on all the future services we got in the works.

BUT, you guys spoke, you didn't want it and so we listened to the customer =)

reddit ftw

It's always helpful to learn from your mistakes because then your mistakes seem worthwhile =)

nada problemo... there has been some kinks, but you guys are working on it. What else can you ask for :) I tell people about the service, and I still recommend it.

That's a great example of listening to the customer. While the customer may not always be right, it sounds like they are in this example. Simplicity is key.

We are here to provide a service that customers like and we want them to know like their money was well spent with a service that does what it says it will do.
