link wheel sites

if your making link wheels is it a cardinal sin to use the same web2.0 as more than one spoke? ie bl gger etc? as a oversimplified example if every other web2.0 was wp and the other blogger? obviously the more the merrier but would more than one at same 2.0 be total waste or still beneficial?

another question on this .. if i have 3 keywords say car truck van for example ... do i use all three on each site when linking in or just one per site? do i put the links inward at random or do i mix say the wheel part of the web2.0 using same as the last link so blogA -> truck -> blogB -> truck -> mysite ? or does it matter?
