Link Submission helps in gettin traffic?

Hi I like order a package for 100link submission but before that I want to know about whether link submission will helps in
Getting Traffic? or in Getting Pagerank?

Generally speaking if you managed to get your links on relevant sites, surely you can get more traffic, not all links will get you good traffic.
When dealing with health related sites you can bookmark at healtranker,
proprofs is good for certification/computer related sites,
etc.

then again, that is if you craft your details right, appealing anchor text, great description on the link, etc.

Increase in Pagerank? Sure, if you care about pagerank.
