What would you recommend ? I need more quality links and less quantity is ok (like 100 not 100000 packages on xrumer..)

I posted this on main forum but this category is better of course, sorry for double post.

site buying is still the best there is in getting quality links. it never went away or get old fashioned.

but it is expensive though
