I need a program that will use my proxy list and hit one link... Anyone know of a program out there already or can make one?

If you just need to "hit" the link via proxy, you can load the links and proxies in scrapebox alive checker and it'll hit each of those links through proxy.

You can build it on custom like Ubot as per your requirement. Look for ubot creation service on BHW service threads.
