I have tried a handful of link shorteners to track my marketing.

I've noticed a lot of affiliate marketers use a link system that when you go to the root domain it says:

Simple search on Google with these words would result at least a dozen such sites. Just a few are here below

https://www.buffgames.net/
https://ubiquittyonline.com/
https://tracking-manualliy.com/
https://eb9cg4trk.com/
And so on!

For Link sharing, they use some thing like this xyz.com/AB23BX/5235ASAK/?_efq=xy1232131sasasa
And from this URL, it will lead you to target webpage if you're considered valid traffic such as ip score, your device (like android/ios depending on the url's filter used) etc.
 
ClickMagick is a good choice. They provide link tracking and great performance analysis.
 
This link shortners visits can be monetized?
Let’s say i can get some 3rds world country visit (mostly) and a mix of tiers 1 - 2 too. If they visit my link shortner link i will earn for that visitors? Or how this works?? I’ve built a website for link shortening and i want to earn some with it but i’m not how sure how this business work to do it myself .

No, this one is for the tracking purpose mostly. Primarily used to redirect users to apropriate CPA offer and track the user.

I'm still trying to figure out which software/tool is it.

So it works like this ?
1- Share link shortner
2- Redirect users to CPA
3- GET PAID?

May i ask what CPA offers work better? I have everything to do it by myself but i do not know how to start.

My friend... This is what I'm looking out myself as well. I'm looking out for a specific CPA network ;)

Usually Link Shortners are used for the tracking purposes, for example, to collect User Agent, IP, City/Country, Device Type etc. And based on those parameters, they're redirected to the appropriate CPA offer.
