Link Shortener Company?

I am looking for a good link shrinker that converts well. I been using bc.vc but the rates are junk and i feel like i am not getting all my clicks counted

A few others i tried were "adf (Didn't like them) LinkBucks (Conversions dropped drastically) LinkShrink (I liked them but they closed up shop)

anyone know of any others?

Try Shorte.st. They count properly and have good rates.

If you are going to use them for CPA then chances are that most of the shorteners are banned already.
You can however set up a custom script available and host it on your site there by have your own URL shortener with analytics.
