Last year I made a guest post on a strong domain. Few days ago they removed my link and kept same content.
What I can do in this situation. It affected my rankings.

You can not do anything.

Try to contact them and ask politely reason for removing link.

If you are lucky you might get reply.

Definitely contact them and ask the link replaced.

Ask them why it was removed in the first place.

you can cry, but you cant borrow my tissues, theyre used... for science

Did they posted it for free?
Did you purchased it? Was there a time limit?
If they posted it for free, I don't think they will replace it. Someone did this to me once and I was super annoyed because I submitted too many articles there.

It was free. :anyway:

1) Dont Complain about free stuff.
2) Dont be dependent on free stuff.
By the way its a great strategy to get free content. Facebook, twitter and instagram is doing it.

Try to access the account link, to replace the deleted account with another one .

Free posts often do . let's try

Since it’s free it’s possible they wanted to update it with some fresh content, approach them and say you’ll pay some money and get it back
They have replaced it with affiliate links.:(
Yeah, I have approached them through Email. let's see if they respond.
Thanks ;)

Definitely contact them.
It's very unethical of them.
They basically stole your content.

They should of at least kept the link up, even if they nofollowed it or whatever.

I think contacting them will make it reappear, they're trying to replace these links if nobody notices, it's good, if not.. Then I think they'll put it back again ;)
Whatever, if it was a free guest post, you enjoyed it for an entire year and had time to build others, I think you shouldn't be mad after them since a lot of websites do that.
Sometimes in purpose just because they know new websites will suffer from this backlink removed and will notice it, and they'll ask for money

I hope they aren't this kind of website, unless I think you're fucked up
