link redirection

Hi guys,

Your opinions on websites that change your links in their artilces

I mean you put link to your site but when you hover mouse it is showing different link (i think they use javascript?) but finally it redirets you to your site

For exaple Tumblr?

This pseudwebsite above I did in few minutes, so in this case...

Do they carry any link juice or is it better to jump on different platform?
