Link Redirect

Hi guys. Need a small help with link redirect. Please see the image.
Step one= from any page of the website when someone click download they will be redirected to a specific page,
Step 2= From the specific page they will be redirected to a different website.
Step 3= in this 2nd website there will a download button. when someone click the download button they will be redirected to the final site where they will be able to download they file they want from Step one.

Can anyone please help me with this link redirect stuff. this is complicated .i am a newbie. is there any free tools or plugin or link redirection service???

i don't even know how to search on google for this
