well i don't know if this is a newbie question, the thing is i want every time that my visitor click a link (download link) before they go to the download page I want they to go to a page with ad's the to the download page.

Are you talking about an interruptive page between page a / page b? There are tons of scripts out there that will do this. You can also join adbrite as a publisher, and they will give you a chunk of javascript that will do this for their advertisers.
