Link pyramid and Scrapebox

i want to know if there is a way you can build a backlink pyramid only with scrapebox and if yes how effective it is going to be.
(did some searches but didnt find any good answer).

you mean blog cmnts powered by blog cmnts? Sure if done correctly. First build some blog cmnts using manual commenting mode on high pr and write 10-12 lines worth info on them to get approved soon. Then you can collect these urls and then power by high pr blast on auto-approved links (hard to find but nothing is easy nowadays). Then third tier can be blast on low-no pr sites auto-approve list. Anything else you need to know?
