i have ~500 backlinks...
350 are from differet domains
about 100 are from *.wordpress.com

is this bad for seo? should i disawov the complete links from *.wordpress.com on google search console?

I don't think so. If too many links from low-quality sites then it can hurt you.

It should not be a problem but, also the question is what anchor text you are using on those 100 links?

I cannot tell you without looking over the link profile report, OP. Are those real sites? PBN? Chinese crap spam sites? What was the anchor diversity that you maintained for this campaign?

This depends on the quality of the backlinks. I bet .wordpress.com links are from a forum or something? This is a normal practice to build links from niche or topical forums/blogs to your website to expose it to new audience and gain some traffic (in case you are not spamming). This would actually look unnatural for Search Engines in case your backlink profile would only consist of do-follow backlinks from authoritative websites, as this would look paid. So basically, your backlink profile should be diverse and include links from blogs/forums as well. You absolutely shouldn`t disavow these links just cause they are from one domain, but if you hesitate - simply use any backlink tool to analyze them and check penalty risk, and only disavow potentially toxic ones. In case with forums - links are most probably nofollow, so cannot cause you any harm.

Actually that totally depends on your link profile. If they are relevant and are coming from relevant sources with good anchor text then you should stick with them.

Otherwise, just disavow them.

Depends on what power each of the WP links has, in terms of age and quality, the anchor text, etc etc.

But a a proportion, I don't see it as a problem, I'm sure popular blog posts get shared around and from WP.com all the time, and if it's a small site that could throw their link profile out, I'm sure as long as the WP blogs are QUALITY then there is no issue.
