Link PayPal with Facebook ads

Hello All. When I tried to add PayPal on Facebook as a payment method this message appear. If someone has a solution for this problem please tell me. I tried 4 PayPal accounts and still have the same problem.

Try VCC instead of PayPal. They trust Cards more and that can lower your ad costs.

You need good quality acc to link paypal. So try vcc's from marketplace or create your own with revolut.

I had the same problem with Udemy, the problem was that i was login in my PayPal account and then tried to add my paypal. To solve that i tried to logout my paypal and clean my cache, then i tried to add the paypal directly from the udemy website, so when i clicked on the add paypal, it required me to login, and i logged in from the Udemy popup, and it fixed,
So if your account is verified, and doesn't have problem or limitations, maybe this experience would help you
