link network - unknown origin...

I would like to ask for help in this case:
Many of my competitors rank very well using a link network (samme linkvault or receive links), but I don't know exactly what link network...

It's a cusomizable directory same on this site:

Maybe somebody in this forum is using the same link network and can tell me the website of the network?
