Link monitoring tool - for visualizing and managing backlinks

As it's my first post here, I'd like to welcome everyone!

I'm looking for the self hosted or cloud solution, that can maintain a list of my backlinks and verify if they are where they supposed to periodically.
What's the go to tool for the moment? I don't need functions which ahrefs or similar are providing (crawling the web and gather links on it's own), I just want to copy paste my backlinks there.

It would be also great if that tool could deal with tiered links so It can deal with the links relations. If there's no such tool maybe you can tell me what are your tactics into your backlings profle monitoring other than ahfres etc.

You can use something like Visual Ping dot io, where you can put the URLs of the sites that link to you and only get an alert when your hyperlink disappear from their HTML content.

Not perfect but cheap

I think in most cases you can't prevent of change someone's mind regarding the your link removal, so maybe that worth to invest your time not into monitoring existing links, but into getting new ones?

I think, knowing the link disappeared allows you to work actively to create similar one before you notice the position drop
