I am planning to buy blogroll/blogpost ******** links in mass for 1 of my project.
Which tool/software i should use to check periodically that all of the links which i have bought are on their place?

Can someone suggest 1 best free/ paid tools?

Yeah, link assistant will work pretty well for that. I think it's in the downloads section with seo powersuite
