Link management/acquisition system

Hello

Can anyone recommend a solid link management system that has functionality like:
- Importing and exporting link opportunities.
- Updating each link opportunity status - (live, contacted, negotiating, rejected, removed etc.)
- Add link information - anchor text, link type, link duration, link cost etc.

I guess I can just use a CRM but I am sure there must be some public proper solution out there.
